Privacy Collection Notice

In order to determine compliance with the AUS-US Data Access Agreement, the department needs to verify that users of the IPO framework have completed the necessary training on the IPO Training Portal. In order to determine this, the department needs to collect personal information related to use of the IPO Training Portal.

The department will collect:

• your name
• your email address
• your agency, and
• informationabout your use of the Training Portal, including your use of the training modules hosted on the IPO training Portal.

The department will use this information to assist in assessing you and your agency’s compliance with the training requirements of the AUS-US Data Access Agreement. The department will also disclose this information to your agency to assist its own internal compliance practices and to oversight agencies as required by legislation. Aggregate information about use of the Training Portal may be disclosed for a range of purposes, including to the US Designated Authority for the purposes of the Data Access Agreement.
